The Freedom From Religion Foundation gives Atheism a bad name!
The FFRF does their anti-religion “proselytizing” in the name of atheism, but do the majority of atheists feel this way? Doubtful… The FFRF contradicts themselves. They speak out against religion and religious organizations and people who have religious beliefs. In doing so they activly engage in the very things that they are speaking out against. The FFRF is an organized anti-religion group that speaks out about what they believe and tries to convert people to their belief system. They speak as if their beliefs are fact and they closed mindedly refuse to acknowledge an alternative view. Sounds like religion to me. They deny that atheism is a religion, yet they look like and act like a religious organization.
They hypocritically do the same things they are speaking out against. How can an anit-religion organization be sustained in such a religious nation like the US? FREEDOM… the US constitution guarantees the freedom of speech and the freedom of religion. So the FFRF has the freedom to believe whatever they want, but guess what, the constitution guarantees the freedom OF religion NOT the freedom FROM religion. If you want freedom FROM religion then I would say that the US is not the best place for you to live.
